Parsley Dible – a recipe
from Giresun-Turkiye
A big bunch of Parsley
4 onions
2 potatoes
2 green pepper
2 table spoon rice
2 table spoon bulgur (if you don’t have bulgur, rice will be good
enough)
Salt (as you wish)
Preparation:
Divide parsleys in 2 equal parts and cut them in to small pieces 5-7 mm
long.
Place them into your pan; make sure your pan big enough to take what you
will cook J
Dice onions and spread over first half of your parsley.
Dice green peppers and spread over first half of your parsley.
Grate your potatoes and spread over first half of your parsley
Wash rice and bulgur and spread them over first half of your parsley
Add salt and black paper
And now add second half of your parsleys over this stage and close is
very nicely otherwise your rice & bulgur will never cook as you like.
Add olive oil over your parsleys
Put it on your cooker, first high temperature and after 5 minutes, drop
it to possible smallest temperature.
Cooking time is 30 mins, but please check time to time.
Before you turning off your cooker, add 25-50 grams unsalted butter.
After butter is melted, stir it very well.
Before serving it wait at least 10 mins.
Afiyet
Olsun.
